What is Your Exercise Routine?

This was Day 5 of mine. My current program is to cycle around 10 miles per day and to increase my speed. It takes about 90 minutes from warmup, thru top speed, and cool down for me to go 10 miles.

What is your program? Advice may be welcome, if you remember these conditions:

oh what a coincidence its day 5 for me too (although i skipped monday), but usually during cross country season i run only 6 days a week, so its normal. the only thing i don't enjoy about it is that everything hurts now....
