[He doesn't look down or raise his voice, trusting Kurama's sensitive ears to hear him.]

[Kurama takes the acknowledgment as a sign he won't be immolated without warning, and quickly scales the tree. He stands with his back against the trunk, balanced on a branch near Hiei's as if the drop back to the ground is only a matter of a few feet.]

Genkai will be pleased to have her back.
