Sorry, this one's a bit defective

It's Been an Odd Week.
It's been an odd week in the quiet, leafy London suburb of Tropington. First there was the strangling of a local MP, next the little girl who mysteriously appears in neighbourhood gardens at night and now the cats have started to go missing. -
