Home now, sorry I never got to make contact. This was the worse Pensic for me. The heat and my not having fully recovered from the motorcycle accident left me suffering.

I can imagine. Friday afternoon, there were more IV bags hanging in First Aid Point than I've ever seen in there at one time.

The problem is that with stew-meat chunks, you'd have to take it down to 1/4" or smaller cubes. The Jamestown recipe says "Shread very fine", so might as well use ground.
