Monday I have to go to work for the first time in 14 months! AGGHH!!!

 Well, again, I suppose I should post the most basic details of my newest adventure.
I begin work on Monday, as an LPN, at the only place I applied, (really sdunn711 did the actual work of the applying part).  Bxxxxxxxx was the hospital I wanted to work for, because it's only minutes from my house and that matters to me- big time!  I hate a long commute.

Congrat on the new job. You will do fine. It is hard starting off in a medical field, cause you learn what they teach in class is only a portion of what you really need to know.

But that is soooo awesome! You can't beat beign close to home and with Reiki in you and you caring for post op patients think how much more quickly they will recover. I know that you don't perform Reiki without permission, but I believe if you are attuned to it, it gets passed regardless. I wish you the best of luck at your new job!

Oh, you are so going to rock it!

It seems like a great unit to start off on and build up your skills and confidence. It is also great to have someone to bounce frustration off of that will be able to understand and relate.
