Okay, so, my ~projection is that there'll be three parts tomorrow, and then the last one on Monday. Possibly two tomorrow and two on Monday, depending on how it works out, but Sunday is usually my most productive writing day. IDK guys, I'm kind of starting to get sad about this ending.

Okay, Naomi! Don't be such a prat! It's okay to try and establish that you and Emily are really over, but that all just seemed unnecessarily harsh and made their relationship seem rather meaningless within her eyes, like it was something to just shoot the breeze over when she's a bit older, not like love. And who knows, maybe it's just as she says, she can't put herself through the pain of them not working out again, but how she comes across inevitably is cavalier and belittling their relationship (trust WWI to make Naomi rethink her feelings though; NERD!). I don't know, maybe it's one of those things that with a little time and maturity she'll regret how she went about the whole thing (cause what's relationship nostalgia without regret). That being said, this chapter really drove home why they just don't work in this story-verse, so if that was the goal, mission accomplished. They just continue to be on different levels, in needs, commitment, and maturity, which seems to be the major doom of most young relationships. I'd love to see ( ... )

Thanks, dude! I think - you know, I get why you say she comes across as cavalier, but I think that's because Emily *does* mean a lot to her, not because she doesn't. If she didn't much care about Emily, she wouldn't be concerned about getting her heart broken, you know? So she just feels like she has to shut it down completely, because otherwise there's the chance that she'll get hurt again. (Well, that was what I was going for, anyway.)

You're making me sad. Like really, because it seems so real that Naomi would just convince herself to get over it. GUH.
O wells, 6 chapters left for you to get them back together and Katie to realize that Effy is hotter than JJ! Right? Right?!!?
