Thank you so much! :-) Yeah, I just can't resist Chara the badass. He's one scary sumbitch, isn't he?

Dude! That was hardly Pens unfriendly! Well, unless you are a Pens fan who only likes Sid served up as Mr. Perfect, Face of the League. I like reading Sid On The Edge!

And this made me giggle: Sidney pulled helplessly against the massive hand encircling his throat, making feeble choking noises. So THAT'S why Sid sounded like he did in the postgame! Sinus infection, my ass... :P

And disregard my little nit if it doesn't bug you, since it doesn't affect your story one bit -- Cooke's been out with rib injuries for a few games now. Monday night, Paul Bissonnette took his place on Zig's wing, with Eric Godard on the other side.

Thank you - I'm glad you enjoyed. Giggle-inducing is always a big plus. :-)

And, don't worry about the nit. I actually wrote the bulk of this a few days back, but stuck with Cooke in that role because he's much more the pain in the ass type than Godard is. Most enforcers are acutally pretty decent people (like Shawn Thornton). Just some more dramatic license.

Funny, though, that Crosby and Savard actually got into a scuffle (wouldn't call it a fight, exactly) during the game. Saw a note on a Bruins message board wondering what on earth got into Savard. LOL.
