it feels like everything has changed again, as i've fallen in love with these guys on the ice, it's like they're wholly different characters to me now - which is SO WEIRD. i've loved going back and rereading (again!) your whole 'verse now that i know everyone so much better. this is so much fun.

anyway!

this is great. love chara continuing to take care of everyone, love sobotka not being able to handle it when savvy's the target of the ill-will. love thorny taking care of business, love looch all up in arms in defense of krech's honor. love that krech can tell looch what's up, love how they communicate without ever really saying anything at the end. such beautiful, beautiful BOYS. love how krech has grown because of this idea-turned-ordeal.

your knack for storytelling continues to create new favorites for me.
