I have heard people talking of a bleeding man. Really, that's nothing special from where I'm from...Perhaps it's someone who had something repossessed. Lucky to be alive, really. He should be happy it was only a hand he couldn't pay for and not something like his heart. Pavi has seen all sorts of things stemming from organ repossessions, after all!
