OK so I've been taking stretching breaks from my reading and writing daily routine, doing some down dogs, cobra, and shoulder stands, and I can really feel a difference through the day. It's great! AND Guess what I can do

I remember taking your mom's yoga class and you and Jamie giggling cuz you guys couldn't touch your toes and just giggling over your overall inflexibility. Yay for flexibility! And aw, that was such a great class. I love you and your mom for introducing me to Yoga! :)
