A week and a day after I move in, and several weeks after Casey moved in, we finally have the internet in the comfort of our own apartment! (Before we'd been using the internet in the freezing lobby.) It took a but of waiting, several visits from the tech man, and a few phone calls on my own part, but now it works!!! HAHAHAHA Excellent
