DOGGIES!

So today was pretty boring, but in the evening, Mom, Sam and I looked online for a DOG! Preferably an adult female of medium size that can be outside with Joey! Mom was going to wait until Squeaks passed away, but Squeaks is doing GREAT these days, and she's scampering and she can jump up on the couches again now... she's stickin around for awhile

I, too, am a sucker for a dachshund. But you really can't go wrong with a lab. They're sort of the perfect breed of dog, the best mix of companion, guard dog, and cuddle-buddy.

By the by, what kind of dogs do you have currently? Casey said one is a jack russel terrier, but what's the other?

I have two Jack Russell Terriers. One is small for a JR with a smooth coat, and the other is large for a JR with a broken coat. We adore them, but we want a bigger dog to be outside with them to scare away coyotes.

We're not really Lab or Retriever people though they are sweet, but that one is a mix with a Border Collie, which I think is the most perfect breed of dog ever.
