Heh, thanks! I wanted to put even more screen shots, but I was afraid of too much clutter and too little detail.
I checked out metacritic.com and found the scores were around 7-8 out of 10, which I think is fair. The camera controls are a bit loose (even worse if you have to run after someone), and the driving segments turn every car into a boat to drive, but it had a great look to them as well. I loved that it wasn't just Jack all the time, though I would have liked more than one mission playing Michelle, and to have actually been able to walk around the main floor of CTU to complete the experience. At best, all you get is a view from Tony's office of the floor below. I really wanted to be able to interact down on the main area that we all know so well, but alas, it was not to be.
They used that over-the-radio element in the original game too-- Jack was sniping snipers and Michelle was feeding him intel. They had bits and pieces all throughout like that. They also had one unique level that had a news chopper overhead of Tony as he was dealing with rioters-- if you shot anybody while the chopper cam (in the other half of the screen) was on you, you'd get "caught" and fail the mission. I thought it was a biting commentary on the media and truly a unique mission to boot.
Anyways, I agree- I think it would make for one heck of a level-- and pre-emptive to Jack sneaking out with Tony, there'd be a hacking level where Chloe has to get into the security cams and fight off Janice in a hacker battle to boot.
Poor Henry. I really liked him at the start of the season, therefore I knew bad things were in store. Though usually when I like characters on 24 they die, so I guess this is a step up?
