“I think it’s a bunny.”
“Excellent, Ray.” Fraser hastens to see, eager to see tracking skills developing at last. He examines the imprint in the snow, frowning. “Why exactly do you think it’s a rabbit track?”
“The two long things at the top are obviously ears. And two little smudges at the bottom for his feet.”
Fraser doesn’t know whether to laugh or cry. “How do you explain the arcs on either side?”
“That’s where he waved his paws back and forth in the snow.”
“You mean-“
“Yep, bunny snow angels.”
Fraser sighs. “Fine. We’ll go back to the car.”
