Charles/Erik, others, deaged!team, long prompt is looooong. anonymous June 25 2011, 14:27:24 UTC
Ok, so I know we've have several de-aged prompts for Charles and Erik, but how about, during the trilogy, the whole team gets de-aged back to how the were pre-cuban missile crisis (however, you decide ( ... )

First Class times are a magical fairyland of happiness in this fic. As is movie trilogy land! TERRIBLE CAUSATION PLOTTY THINGS will be later, of course, but...well. This is not very serious at the moment, and I hope you enjoy...?

Jean is an early riser, for the most part - it comes from being so used to checking on the children, she's begun to think. It's a cursory glance around the mansion, just a quick walk through the hallways to make sure everything is fine. After the attack on the mansion, she can't help but worry. She trusts the Professor to know if anything was wrong, and trusts the mansion's security, but she doens't think extra caution has ever made anyone less safe ( ... )

"Well," Charles says after a moment. It's the most frantic Jean's ever seen him, and she can feel his mind tearing through the mansion and then further out. She helps him sit on one of the stools and fetches him the cup of coffee he'd been after to begin with, and feels subtle gratitude hit her when the mug touches his fingers ( ... )

None of the clothing in the wardrobe fits him, save for the shoes and socks, but he manages to scrounge around and find a shirt and slacks and, to his pleasure, one of his favorite old cardigans, dark blue and so cozy that he can't understand people's problems with them. He almost feels like he can manage this, that he can face down forty years of absent life, now that he looks in the mirror and sees himself.

In a moment, Charles can feel Erik's mind shouting for his, and relief floods through them both when he connects. Good morning, Erki. I'm afraid we're forty years in the future, Charles projects pleasantly. Don't worry, I'm at the house and will be coming to get you soon.

The children? Erik thinks back.

Charles sighs. We'll fetch them, too. And we seem to have a few more these days.

Erik doesn't answer that with any words, of course - it's more like a nonverbal sigh of resignation that makes Charles grin.

I'll see you soon, he says again, and heads downstairs, to see ( ... )

Oh Anon I do apologize but I keep seeing the lovely line of "I have a chess set in my cube! Erik projects proudly." and I keep bursting out into laughter. That's...really the most epic line ever, I swear. It brings to mind an image of Erik with an absolutely hilariously goofy smile on his face.

Actually, still can't.

Raven wakes up as a 6'5" bodybuilder wearing cowboy boots, plaid boxers, and absolutely nothing else. Waking up with a penis is always kind of strange, but a penis and biceps the size of basketballs? That's new. So is not having Charles' protective mind hovering around her when she doesn't come home, but she's grateful for that, what with being a huge stripper cowboy in what is probably Texas, judging from the drawls outside the door.

She doesn't know what she'd been drinking last night, but since her last memory was of being female in Rochester, she's going to try and avoid it.

There are no pants or shirts in the room, so Raven just walks out the door. A man is across the hall, chatting with a woman, and waves at her. "Hey Terrence, good show last night!"

"Thanks," she says. "Hey, any idea what I was drinking last night?"

"Martinis all the way for you, dude," the man says with a wink.

"Martinis," Raven echoes darkly, having found her arch-nemesis, and finds the back exit. She glances around quickly and then changes back into her ( ... )

The girl makes an ohhh kind of noise, and says, "Area code, duh! You live in town?"

"New York, actually," Raven says, and sighs. "Rochester."

"Give me a second and I'll get it, then," the girl says, and she just...pushes buttons on what is supposedly a phone. And grins, and asks for the number again, and then presses the phone to Raven's ear. She restrains a glare, because that part, she definitely could have figured out.

A man picks up, but it's not Charles. "Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters," the man says.

Raven gapes at the poor waitress in front of her. "What?"

"...I'm sorry?" the man on the other end asks, and hesitates. "Do you...do you need help, miss?"

"I need my brother," she snaps at the man, his soft, cautious tone making her wish she could project punches in the face. "Put Charles on!"

"May I have a last name?" the man asks.

Raven groans. "My brother is Charles Francis Xavier, the nerdy geneticist who owns that house, now get him on the line ( ... )

'I have a chess set in my cube! Erik projects proudly.'

I keep trying to read past this line, but every time I do I have to put my head down and giggle a lot, so it's taking a long time. <3333
