Okay, so i haven't played FF8, so i didn't understand half of it >< But i still really like it in an abstract way. Some of your sentences totally had me laughing, like

The problem with jagged horns was that he kept getting his ear caught on it and his elder self found it far too amusing.

I personally always thought of it as being Selphie but I figure it could be anyone, except Quistis because she wouldn't swear like that, and not Squall because he's the one inspiring the swearing.

Well all things considered - I imagined that event as the first time Squall publically summoned Griever and he hasn't exactly told anyone he has Griever either, so it'd be a shock - considering the last time any of the team saw Griever he was the enemy.

I tend to be a fan of one thing in particular for a while, then get distracted by something else. Final Fantasy can be considered one of my old fandoms, being the one I was involved in before the 2007 TF movie was released.
