Status of the fic: current wordcount is just under 10k -- I'm projecting around 100k?? which is a lot of words?? so i'm optimistic about finishing on time and will definitely be pushing myself, but it's not gonna be easy
How I'm feeling: stoked. really, really excited to share this with everyone. really grateful to have an awesome support system. i'm writing slightly out of order but the first chapter of six is about halfway done and i'm feeling good about it. happy that i took this project on in the first place. i'm still writing just the one fic, and it's the same one i started with. don't plan on any changes there.

I'm currently at about 20k (and done 3 out of 5 parts).
As of right now, I definitely anticipate finishing on time (there'll probably be another 10-15k, we'll see how it goes).
I'd already had about 10k done before signing up for big bang and i'm still excited about the idea but I'm finding it tough to keep the right tone/balance of emotions going (though i guess that's what the editing stage is for).
I'm too lazy to do a one sentence summary but here's a snippet from the first part of the fic:
When Louis wakes up the next morning, he’s got 15 missed calls on his phone, he’s slept through his alarm, and he’s pretty sure he’s going to be hungover for at least the rest of the week.
He also finds out that Harry’s gone ahead and auditioned without him.

+ 5,104 words. just short of 6k, but it is what it is.
+ feeling okay. this is my first big bang so i think i've got a lot of learning to do. i think right now i anticipate that i have sooooo much time and i'll be just fine, but i know that i need to start planning and organizing myself a little better! i do expect to finish on time, however. i work really well under pressure, but i also want to not put too much pressure on myself!
+ OPTIONAL: drunken hook-up between friends leads to accidental m!pregnancy and a whole lotta feelings.

status: i'm at about 22k right now and feeling good about finishing on time
+ i'm feeling alright about the fic. i've hit a writing block but i think I can come back from it alright. just have to get through the rest of the money in school first.

current word count: 7,633
feeling: overall good. the fic is mostly planned out (though bits and pieces keep changing as I go which is INTERESTING but not unexpected) but there are certain parts that still need to be figured out (like the ending...) BUT as a whole, it's good. I feel confident about finishing on time!
