In French, Melissa is being the supreme bitch and volunteers Tia to read the part of Emma Bovary in a French play adaptation of Madame Bovary, ya know cause, she's an adultress?
I'm not normally a Melissa fan, but as a language geek I've always loved that scene. Ditto the part earlier in the series where Jessica says something like "Great, the whole school may think I'm a slut, but at least I'll have a career in translation." TRANSLATORS HOLLA!
then Liz says, "I didn't think you'd kiss my boyfriend!"
Why not? You kissed Maria's, if I recall.
