Woot, two recaps in a row from me! I can't believe nobody has recapped the famous Senior Year book where Elizabeth...waits for it...goes bad! She goes bad, bad I say! It took me a little while, but I've found my copy and am raring to snark whatever Elizabeth's idea of 'bad' is.

I have missed this one somehow.....

Maria and Ken are flirting in the halls, only they don't know it yet, because Ken's last girlfriend got crushed by a fridge
(So this made me laugh outloud, and now I'm going to be crushed by a fridge! lol)

Conner thinks he's the next Jonathan Taylor Thomas
(Conner could NEVER be the next JTT. He's my man! and Conner is ugly. lol)

JTT rocks the party. I'm crossing my fingers hoping they'll put I'll Be Home For Christmas on TV in the coming weeks! Conner only wishes he could be that awesome.

I only read this series once, and this is way more fun than getting it out of my attic. Because I'm an insane perfectionist, I tend to notice every time they wander off-script for the SVU years. It happens a lot. Plus, I'm sure this was yet another book where I was mentally begging Elizabeth to quit being such a priss and just sleep with a bunch of the wrong people already, like everyone does.

And is it wrong that I kind of loved Connor and Liz together? Maybe because he was a sexy bad boy (who looked 28 years old but anyway) and she was always such an annoying priss but loosened up more in Connor's presence. I think I liked this series so much because it was such a stretch from SVH....Jessica is finally called out for dating a million people and Liz became a bit more human instead of a paper magazine cut out.

I used to like Conner and Liz together, back when I read them for the first time. (I'm like you, I love the bad boys!) And Jessica finally getting what's been coming to her for so long is refreshing, I have to agree with you there.
