I really like this. I think we've all had memories we'd like to forget, but they're usually the ones we need to remember most.

Nice job!

Strangely enough you made me feel as if it were me... I am/was that lady walking away... I am so old now, and have to walk away as I have found I cannot change things any more... I really liked (and yet did not 'like') this piece... very revealing...
Thank you for writing it... it is deep!

PS who is your very very dishy bannerman? (Not the skullface you daft girl, I mean the MAN in the HAT!!!! yummy)

Thank you for reading it! :D I honestly have no idea where it came from, it just sort of came out when I looked at the prompt. I love it when that happens!

Mmm, my dishy bannerman is Andrew Lincoln as Deputy Sheriff Rick Grimes from The Walking Dead :o) He's my favorite tv boyfriend :D

I think the show airs on FX in the UK but I'm not certain about that. You may have seen some of Andrew's other work in the UK though - he was in Afterlife, This Life, Teachers... According to things I've read, he also does a lot of voice work in advertisements on tv and radio :)

Thanks! I'm kinda spotty with my participation but this one grabbed me so I had to play :) Good luck to you as well!

I have a bunch that are in desperate need of editing too. Too many stories, not nearly enough hours in the day!
