This has been a productive month for me...getting a book out, finishing first-draft edits on one book, 1/2 way through first-draft edits on a second. I'm going to push as much more of this through before the end of the month (which considering I'll have an unexpected day off tomorrow because our office will be without power should be another 1 to 3 chapter I'd think).
Then I have to buckle down on NaNo prep because I don't want to run out of time before November. I can fill in with more editing if the prep goes really well.

I'm about 7,500 words shy of my goal. 🤣 Doubt I'll be hitting it this month.

I did start something last week, a bit of a continuing story with the drabble challenge. Might get me hurt once I get it posted to my journal.

I managed to get to 4,549 yesterday. So, almost the halfway point. I feel better, although it's still not a lot. I miss my 15k months. Hahaha.

Heat broke then returned mixed with the wildfire smoke made it a rough week last week along with the starter on our car going on Friday afternoon.

I am also completely heartbroken over the fact that I can't see Deadpool and Wolverine as there is a good possibility it might trigger off a seizure in me. I have been waiting to see this movie since it was announced.

I am almost at my goal I hope to hit the 50k by the end of the month.

I mainly need to know if there is a lot of strobe lighting used in the movie. If it is only a few scenes that use such effects then I might actually be able to see it.

I had a fantastic month despite an unexpected trip to Arkansas and other things going on. Productivity will drop off as I have more work stuff to do since back to work tomorrow.

I have 7 and a half chapters for my Vella story... but I still need a cover... need to harass my artist again.
