That's so ridiculous and infuriating at once--normal people don't get bail-outs and salary caps when their workplaces go under, they get laid off.
And if you need a federal bail-out, it's not a matter of living "where successful bankers live" because you are not a successful banker. GRRRRRRR! How can anyone even justify that?
