So...if seeing a message from someone in my Inbox makes my stomach churn, I suppose that's a sign that the relationship is no longer a good one. Right?

That reaction made my decision for me. Pardon the pun, but I'm going with my gut on this one.

Yeah. In fact, I developed major issues with email and PTSD triggers just from my ex harassing me awhile back. Definitely a sign that the relationship is "broken."
