so i requested to join a community, with 8 maintainers.

it's been about 72 hours.  i wonder if they denied my request.  that would be odd, because it's a community about celebrity gossip.  the bar cannot be that high for joining, or could it?

in any event, i'm still not a member.  lol.  but i would like to join.

so i learned something interesting the other day.

the brand of cat food that my cat has been eating for the last 17 years, was purchased back in 2012 by Merrick, which is a company that was going out of Texas.  Nothing changed until recently, wherein I found out that the cat food was not available for purchase anymore.

knowing the truth of a lot of things is lonely.

but, I'd rather know the truths, than not.   It sure does help make sense out of the world that was largely confusing, and to some degree still can be, but knowing what I know now after the last 2-3 years, I'd never take back the knowing of, for anything.
