fish sticks
for the first time in my adult life, I have decided to earlier today, make fish sticks.
They presently are "getting a tan," in the oven.
I made a simple go about the thing, after talking to my mom about it. Eggs whipped up in a dish, mixed with olive oil, and some spices - paprika, sea salt, i forget what else I did, besides add some Carolina Gold barbeque sauce to the mixture, and then proceeded to place each fish piece (Cod) onto the breadcrumbs, and then rolled and smooshed, and so forth, until they looked like fish sticks, and then put them in another sheet, and then eventually transferred the big sheet into the oven.
They're presently in there, and I'm excited about the results of this experiment in cooking a new recipe. Something I ate once in a while as a kid, and quite enjoyed.
Talking with S yesterday, and today we are playing message ping pong. :)
All's well here, got things to juice for the week and next, and finally got a power supply ordered for a thing I haven't been able to use in about 2 years, so very excited about that.
