Back in Pennsylvania. I won't have to do that crazy drive again until May 9th, when I go home for the summer. I've done it so many times in the past month that I'm starting to feel like Jed's dad. And no, not in a creepy way: Jed has some good stories about his father's legendary driving prowess, like the one when Dan drove 15 straight hours ( Read more... )

I know, he's crazy! The article also says he actually managed to shorten his work week down to four days so he'd be able to make the drive down every weekend.

I'd love to know if Jed knows how to drive like that, too. It'd be funny if he inherited the ability somehow.

That picture made me laugh out loud. Here he's got this totally intense, determined facial expression...and yet he's wearing his dorky elbow pad on his arm. (But I still wouldn't get between him and his personal library.)

I am ordering my 'Lowrie 12' shirt either tonight or tomorrow. It must be done.

I think that's what makes him look so adorable and not-scary-at-all-despite-an-obvious-attempt-to-be-scary there. He's got the sort of intimidating pose going there, but then you notice that he's sticking his tongue out a bit and it's just...really cute.

He's actually rather prone to sticking his tongue out at awkward times. He did it on Photo Day, too.
