For lunch today I got myself Taco Bell (crazy high in sodium, I know, but I LOVE bean burritos!) Anyway, I got a Fresco style bean burrito with no red sauce and a reg. soft taco. I took all the stuff from inside the soft taco, discarded the (delicious) tortilla and put it inside the bean burrito! Totally tastey and only 420ish calories. Awesome

You should check out www.hungry-girl.com. Great info on the site. Also where I got the tip for discarding one of the tortillas. (they suggest it with getting two soft tacos and then making one super stuffed soft taco... but, I figured it'd work with the burrito too!)
