For lunch today I got myself Taco Bell (crazy high in sodium, I know, but I LOVE bean burritos!) Anyway, I got a Fresco style bean burrito with no red sauce and a reg. soft taco. I took all the stuff from inside the soft taco, discarded the (delicious) tortilla and put it inside the bean burrito! Totally tastey and only 420ish calories. Awesome! And like 10g of fiber.
I would totally eat it every day... it was that good. :-)
