When? AU in which Roxas and Sora never merged (and had funtiem adventures) and in which Ansem survives by stowing away in a corner of Sora's heart.

The End of the World is a desolate place. It's not a single world, so much as the remnants of many. All of these are empty shells of worlds Sora hasn't restored yet, places Sora hasn't gotten to quickly enough to save. It is a graveyard of Sora's inability to be everywhere at once.
He doesn't come here often.
What draws him to the End of the World now, more than a year and a half later, he doesn't know. But whatever it is, it's been waiting a long time. He thinks maybe... maybe he's supposed to find it. Track it down. Find out who needs him so badly. He knows there are people out there who are waiting for him, people responsible for making him who he is. And it's his responsibility to ease their pain, to help them in any way they can.
In the end, that's what Sora thinks has drawn him to the End of the World. He thinks he's chasing somebody in need, someone who's in desperate need.
It draws him past the towering cliffs of stone, past the echoes of other worlds, down the dark caverns in the earth... and then finally to the broken reflection of his home world : Destiny Island. Strange... How this place be here when it's already been restored?
That's when he knows. Whatever sleeps inside, whatever calls to him... It's here. And it's been waiting for a long time.
