[ She shouldn't have been running. The injuries she had sustained thanks to Kunzite the day before were hurting so badly, but when she had heard the plan to keep the only other person who could protect her Mistress away from the battle... Luna couldn't stand for it.

So she ran. She ran to where she knew they had misled him to, her drive to get him to her Princess the only thing keeping her from collapsing in the middle of the street. ]

I have to get to him!

[ Skidding to a stop in front of the stop, her tiny little kitty lungs heave with the deliciousness of air, spotting the now angry Exorcist that had been left behind. ]

Kanda!

...! ...Luna.

[Yeah, it took him a minute to remember. But he did, okay.]

[He doesn't look happy at all. In fact, he looks downright livid.]

Tch, you shouldn't be running, dumb cat. What's going on?

[ The moon feline scampers over to his feet, paws finally giving out on her as she's forced to sit down. ]

The senshi.. I just heard what the senshi did.. [ Huff. ] ..but Usagi didn't know! She was waiting until the very end for you.

[ Luna makes a small mrowl of discontent, amber eyes staring up at the swordsman pleading. ] You have to go to D-Point! She needs you!

[Kanda picks up the injured cat with surprisingly gentle hands. Apparently, he doesn't hate animals nearly as much as he does people.]

Tch. Tell me how and I'm gone.

AFTER A FANTASTIC BATTLE WITH ENDYMION DYING \o\

[ Sometime after Sailor Moon had been whisked away to deal with whatever battle she had been faced with, the area around the crater begins to quake. The evil purple smoke that had been raising up into the air finally stops and the flat icy ground starts cracking and crumbling in one area.

A funnel of dark energy shoots up from the ground and when it dissipates, a large deep purple almost black lotus blooms, revealing a larger than life Beryl who begins laughing over confidently when she realizes her newly acquired power.

... that is until she pauses and turns around, eyes narrowing at a small figure walking along the snowy ground. ]

So, I see you've come, Princess.

/o/ I mean. How sad.

[In the meantime, Kanda had managed to kill all the youma-- getting impaled on one of those horrible ice sculptures himself, once, but he recovered from his death quickly and finished it off soon after. He was just in time to see the tower of dark energy in the distance, and he grimaced. He forced himself to get up and walk that way-- and thought his eyes were playing tricks on him when he saw the giant lotus blooming from the ground.]

.......I knew I hated those people.

I'll make sure you die this time, Princess!

[ Beryl turns on her perch to face Sailor Moon head on, an evil smirk spreading across her lips as raises her arms and throws a large dark energy attack to the small patch of ice where her nemesis stands. When it meets the moon senshi head on, the ground forms upwards into another large ice pillar and Beryl almost starts laughing when the spikes split at the top, creating a platform that now holds the Moon Princess, moon wand held tightly against her chest. ]

[Of course. At least she made it out, though-- that's a good thing.]

[He had to get there faster. He couldn't let her fight by herself! His legs though-- they didn't want to cooperate. He could only manage a very fast, crooked walk.]

Dammit-- move...!

[Kanda awoke with a jolt, safely tossed onto his bed in his little apartment.]

--?! The hell?

[He blinked once. Twice. Three times. Had it all been a dream-- No. It couldn't be.]

[He could still remember the feeling of pain. So what the hell had happened? He jumped up, threw on his shoes and grabbed his weapon.]

[It's time to hunt down some cats. Luna and that idiot white cat should know what's going on!]

[ And while he's looking for the cats, there across the street as running as if her grades depended on it (which, it normally did), was Usagi, blonde tails jolting violently as she heads to school. A piece of toast hangs in her mouth while she tries to make it before the final bell! ]

[All he can do for a minute there is stare after her in shock. She was-- alive. And perfectly fine, it seemed. He couldn't believe his eyes. He didn't even realize he was staring until she ran around a corner, out of sight.]
