I think a lot of it has to do with how good your school's team is. I knew all the guys on the football team, and I went to all the home games, but I also went to a HS with about 500 students from the entire county. There wasn't a really big divide between the popular kids and the weirdos since we'd all been going to school together since elementary.

No. Because you know, my high school wasn't in the US. Getting drunk, scoring weed and discusing why and how everything was lame were pretty much all we did.
