Well, I've decided not to fail Latin, so I've spent the last week cramming my brain full of Latin grammar, resulting in lack of time and energy. Also, I figured you guys didn't want to hear about third declension nouns with irregular endings. But if you do... ask someone else, because I still don't think I get it ( Read more... )

random: when I see motorcycles in front of one of the local Starbucks, I know the bikers have come to play chess. Because that's what happens in my town.

I had to take Latin in seventh grade. My teacher would point at you and then wave his finger around in a circle, which meant "Turn around and shut up!" He was too weird to actually, you know, say that out loud. Heh. He was later arrested for picking up some kid off the street, taking him to a hotel, and asking him for his socks.

And that's my story about Latin and the little good it did me. X-]

I KNEW Latin was evil! Although I've never heard of sock fetishism before, lol.
