And, depending on the pair doing the kissing, add slobber.
Her parents forced it.

Kaylee wanted Simon to do it. With slobber.
Zoe and Wash did it, all the time, without force or slobber.
Jayne dreamed of more of Lips One and the touching. And slobber.
Inara was paid to do it, and though she hid the force very well, there was never slobber.
Cap'n kissed her once. Right on the helmet.
