The first one jumps around a little... and the action would be better with visual aids*.. LOL But, in general, I'd say yes. I'm having trouble focusing on the second... but I blame being sick and tired this past week. :)

*They're casting the movie now, apparently. So it'll make more sense later. Or not.

I would totally watch you're version of Oz. I loved those books as a kid, and this is perfect casting. And while I haven't read the other book, you are awesome for casting Tim Gunn. The man is perfection.

He's effectively the White Rabbit. (and apparently bald, in the second book.. but we'll just ignore that detail. ;-] )

I love Natalie Portman as an older Ozma, but the age difference between her and Jared Gilmore makes the transformation fall flat for me. That said, I have no pre-teen actress to replace her with, so I'm stumped. I love all the other casting choices and I want Matt Smith as Jack Pumpkinhead NOW!
