This is kind of what I always felt Prommie should have been, but then my objection to the Tammuz not being made of clay is pretty much a matter of public record. I still think that, but I've more-or-less got over it.

Cooooool! I really like the way you ended this Key to Time segment - I love the mix of mythology and humanity and the way you linked it in with the current DW series. I think my favourite was the Immortals one (although it's bugging me that I don't know who Takwin is - which myth is he from?) I loved the mash-up of different myths and stories in that and the idea of a crime-fighting team of Immortals. And the Bagpuss one was just adorable!

Takwin is the name given to the creation of life by alchemy in the writings of Jabir ibn Hayyan, an early Islamic alchemist. I wanted something alchemical that was a little more obscure than just a homonculus.

I had one note on the Bagpuss story to start with - keep it straight. I hope I managed it right.
