Tonight I attended Save the Children's introductory course and got to meet some more members of the current board. (In case you forgot, I'm doing my project management internship with them this spring.) I felt very much like the new kid on the block with all of my questions and enthusiasm. The chairman of the local club made it very clear to me

Thanks to the ticker I now officially qualify for the free flu shot every fall as well, but these past years I declined them.. This year decided to go ahead and get it, just cause I really don't have the time for the flu this winter /laughs but guess what.. I was so busy I totally forgot to go get it (they sent out invites several weeks ago for a walk-in day at my GP office and that was late October, I remembered while at university at the end of the day ugh). I guess I could make a seperate appointment but ugh well maybe I'll just continue to hope to not get any more bugs this year
