So the turn of the year was a very eventful period for me. The week before Christmas had my son down to visit from his school-year home with his mother in Montreal, QC. I hadn't really seen him beyond MMORPGs, Facebook and a couple of phone calls. Long Distance/ Instant Messenger -isn't- as good as being there. I miss him, and I'm doing my best ( Read more... ) -

So, I was surprised how long it has been since I last posted to my Journal.
Its been a bit of a haul. My Facebook spot gets daily attention... but that is a function of time and convenience. I can update Facebook from my iPhone on the move, while the LJ app is at best unwieldy. The other thing, of course, is time.

I'm annoyed... DSL modem died over-night. Wolfstar mailing lists are down until at least tomorrow. Shopping for a new DSL modem this morning.
