Billy Jo didn’t know what to do when she realized her toddler, Randy, was controlling the weather. It rained when he was sad, hailed when he was angry, and was sunny when he was happy. Billy Jo knew it was amazing, but she was also bewildered. She knew no-one could ever find out; if they did, Randy would be taken away from her. So she kept his ability hidden, and kept him safe, and Randy grew up never knowing why she doted on him so.
Rest assured, though, that Randy always got a cupcake when he asked for one.
