so im back up to 161 i think. which sucks. but whatever. i ahven't been goign to the gym as much i deserve it. i also haven't been eating as much fruit and veg as i usually do. i can't wait to go home. im goign to have my mom pick me up some frozen food and do smoothies and other raw food stuff as much as i can. we'll see ( Read more... )

so this week i've been doing pretty good food wise, not so good calorie wise. ive been eating well bc i bought all my groceries from trader joes and besides the blue tortilla chips nothing was that bad for me. and if it was hi in cals it was really hi in protein so im ok with that. the problem is that i've had a lot of wine. like amost a whole ( Read more... )

also i weighed myself today at the gas station and it read 159.8. im almost still on track. which means i've lost 3.2 lbs since i last got a good weight. when im home im going ot get a personal trainer i think. we'll see.
