After months of waiting (and it seems a bit ridiculous as it wasn't even May yet when I finished school last spring), my grades are finally on my UC transcript, reminding me that my "official" purpose in France was not to galavant around Europe and engage in revelries with the locals, but to go to school. I want things like that to happen to me. That's so awesome XD. The teacher probably didn't care because you were only there on exchange. Or they were scared it was their fault/they lost your grade so they just made something up.
