His ex girlfriend/baby's momma tried to push him down the stairs. So to stop him from falling, he grabbed her wrists, and she called it abuse and made a police report. He had to go to classes and shit, and he couldn't afford the last few, so he has to do the 28 days in jail bullshit. Craazy, isn't it?!

didnt refuse so much as i had no way to, or i was back in SD when you wanted to.. lol

we def' should meet though, ash is in california too and i have yet to hang out with him since he's been here.. im a bad friend :(
