well, i spent the day in bed listening to roald dahl cassettes and popping painkillers 'til i fell asleep, i might go and see Doctor Hibbert, if i can get my arse into gear and stop being afraid to book an appointment.

ive a nice bundle of soiled makeshift ear plugs i wore to stop staining my favourite pyjamas, too.
