Ignorance is bliss?!! It oughta be painful!

So, I finally got around to printing out some of my digital pictures. I sent them off to Shutterfly, and I'm curious to see how they turn out. I wasn't overly impressed with their Linux upload app. It bombed out a couple times just uploading 94 pictures. At least it saved the queue, so I didn't have to deduce which ones were missed and pick ( Read more... )

I'm not surprised at all that Bill's over there. I figured I was pretty far behind the curve for this one. I'm usually one of the last people to jump on the bandwagon for social-networking type sites.

He's got some good photography too. Went on a nature kick a bit ago.

Most of my nature pics are on my deviantart page (http://williac.deviantart.com), but yeah I have a ton of stuff on flickr... Mostly pics of Columbus and local rock bands.

Flickr's genius. I mean, sure, you could talk about your daily commute (http://flickr.com/groups/59803715@N00/) with Japanese students just about anywhere, but it took Flickr to make it compelling.

Naked bicyclists? well that certainly got my attention.

It was warm last night, so I rode my bike (finally!) to the open mic night at TT's. I usually walk to TT's, and it's really too short to justify cycling--maybe a mile? But it makes the trip home shorter at the end of the night.

Maybe I'll make a clubman to use as a pub bike. Or maybe one of these days I'll just knuckle down and get that project done, finally....

Now if I'd actually had some pics of nude cyclists I could have said I was learning from your example.

;)

Or if you wait till summer, you might be able to prowl garage sales and pick up some older bikes to cobble into pub bikes and similar things. My weekends are pretty much spoken for, so I don't get around to those sorts of things much unfortunately.
