Ahhh.... five day weekend = happiness. What did I do with my time off, you may ask? Everything. ;)
I didn't go on the trip to Disneyland with my senior class because of money, mostly. Seeing as I'm taking a little sojourn to Frnce this summer, I decided money should be saved for that. So I got to hang with the Zarah/Lacey/Gretchen trio, and we did... erm... stuff.
We missed a TruColors meeting, for one. We all thought it started at 7, so we arrived in Calaveras then. As it turns out, it started at 6. So we stood around apologizing to Jerry (one of our advisor-types) for a bit, then headed back to our own county.
Well, on the way, we were trying desperately to think of something to do, when Gretchen blurted out, "I feel like getting pierced." We concurred that it would be fun to watch her stick metal into her body, so we headed over to Ayuveda, which is this great New Age-y place that does piercing, meditation sessions, etc. We didn;t expect that they'd be open, but Shivani just happened to see us standing at her door, so she let us in. We mentioned that we wanted appointments to get piercings, but she actually offered to do them right then and there. Originally, it was just gonna be Gretchen... but Shivani was just gonna pierce whoever wanted to do it then...
Um. Long story short, I now have a ring in my navel. It hurt like a mofo on Saturday, but now it's trying to heal itself, so it itches a bunch. I'm sooo happy with it though :)
Gretchen though... sheesh. I wish I knew what was going on in that girl's head. I know she has issues with forming good romantic relationships (from what Zarah and Lacey have told me and from a convo we had on Friday), and I respect that, but I feel like I'm being lead on. I need to just talk to her and figure out what the hell we're doing, whether or not she wants something with me. I need an answer because I honestly have no idea where I'm standing.
So that's where things stand with me. Wifey, I hope you had a fun, sleepless time at Disneyland :)
Countdown to highschool graduation: 4 days, bitches!
