Believe it or not, I hadn't forgotten about that, but as I recall, there were some caveats that went with you're piercing. In particular, you had told me you wanted to lose weight before you did it. When the opportunity arose on Friday night, I was ready, so I pulled a "carpe diem" sort of move and just did it. I figured it'd just be better that way. I wanted to get it done right then, and I wouldn't have to harrass you to go and do it with me if you weren't ready.

Plus, I've been getting the impression lately that you're really angry with me, although I haven't the slightest idea why. But I also thought that if you are pissed, you wouldn't really care about our pledge to get it done together.

And hey, now if/when you feel like getting it done I can give you all sorts of tips and stuff ;) Things like "Saline solution is your best friend" and "For the love of God, don't scratch it!"

I guess you missed on the last month I've been telling you over and over again that when I get back from Tahoe, i.e about a week from now, I was gonna go with you to get it done. I'm not gonna get my belly button pierced right before horse back riding. I'm not mad at you, forget it. It's not just 'cause of you bustin' our "pledge" as you call it. I have a bunch of other things going on right now. Are you even coming on Saturday? Or is something else going to come up?

O.O No, I seriously don't rmember your telling me that :/ Fek. Had I known, I woulda waited. Ah well, c'est la vie. Good plan, avoiding new shrapnel in your skin when horseback riding. This thing gets a little tender when I'm riding my bike, and I know riding a horse is waaaay more bouncy. Ouch x.x

Yaaaay! I'm uber happy you aren't pissed at me. I seriously thought you wanted me dead :/ As for Saturday, I promise that I will be there, even if I have to go after it's officially begun. That's the day my grandparents are flying back to Chicago, so I might hafta wait until they go, and there's no telling when that'll be... but I will come, damnit :)

France is because it fell into my lap, basically. Seriously, I'm such a spoiled brat, but this was completely out of the blue.

Believe it or not, getting your navel pierced doesn't hurt nearly as bad as you might think it does. And it's pretty easy to conceal, plus you can buy a clear retainer for the hole if you're really worried about people not knowing.

Thank for the congrats! Hey, did you just graduate college? I wasn't totally sure, but your journal gave me that impression.

Ayurveda is like two feet from my highschool. It's on mainstreet. There's usually a sign outside, and seeing as it has a mandala and a rainbow-y border, it's hard to miss :) I think you talk to Heather more than to me, so see if you can get exact directions out of her... she's prolly better at it.
