Storm and I have our first agility show tomorrow. I've gotten him as ready as I can without any equipment. If nothing else we'll have fun - but I think that we can get a Q in one of our events.

Complacency
I've decided to audition for a musical this Sunday - something I haven't done since high school. I figure that it'll be a way for me to get out of the house. Next Sunday houses our first Agility trial.

Trepidation
Storm is officially signed up for his very first agility show. He's nowhere near as polished as we are in the obedience and rally rings; I was waiting to compete until we had regular access to an agility course.
The other day I realized that he was six. Six. Little Man's gettin' older.
Screw perfection; we're going to have fun. Show is on Feb 20. '

The fact that my dog will come right to me for cuddles after an intense grooming session rather than hide never ceases to amaze me.

Good news: mood stabilizers are working awesomely. I'm getting all sorts of crap done.
Bad news: there seems to be something about decongestants that I'm somewhat allergic to. Unhappy tummy and a bit of asthma. Also, wicked dizzy side effect. Whee!
I'm bathing Storm today. I may post more later.

...so tonight I'm manic for the first time since the higher dose of my mood stabalizer kicked in - that's been close to two months. I'm not all that concerned; I am currently wedged within my monthly cycle, and that is often when I get a huge dip or a huge rage.
