It's like the Vietnamese equivalent of a snow day. I was talking with some of my kids this morning, and all the lights went out.

Diep called the power company and I heard her say "Five pm" in Vietnamese.

Me: "Well kids, no school this morning!"

Kids and Me: "Yay!"

So yeah, I can go a long, long time on very little sleep, but I finally began to hit the wall this weekend. Seriously, the sleeping pills aren't even keeping me down. Sleeping pills mixed with wine! Heavy French food!
