(no subject)
Yay! I graduated!
Moving sucks. We've moved three SUV loads of stuff, plus two car loads, to our new place, and when I walked into the place we're leaving it barely looks as though we've touched anything! Ugh. I know that it's mostly an illusion because we can't move the big ticket items like most of the furniture until we get our moving truck, but it's still a bit deflating to barely see a difference.
We haven't even really started cleaning the place yet either, and I'm dreading that. I did strike a deal with Matt and Griff though. I'll take care of most of the inside of the house if they take care of the garage, because I'm terrified of moving things in the garage lest a spider jump out at me. *shudder* Considering just how bad the garage is it seems fair enough (it still has crap from the previous tenants in there. Yikes).
One of my cats peed on my dry clean only comforter, and I'm not sure how to fix that (it was an accident on the kitty's part. I don't think he's feeling well :/). According to the interwebs I need to saturate it with an enzymatic cleaner, so I'll have to go out and buy a gallon or two of some, pour it in the bathtub, and dunk the comforter in there. Hopefully it works cuz that thing was expensive...
On a happier note, I have a new addition to my family!
This is my new Betta. He has a type of albinism called Leucism. I'm still trying to find a name for him. I'm thinking either Titan (short for Titanium) or Leucis (with the C having an S sound). Matt wants to name him Grimlock, after a Transformer . Still thinking on that, as it sounds a bit too monster-ish to me, but we'll see :P
