The life and times of a law student...
So, I'm relatively certain that I passed John Edwards in the hall today. We did the customary guy nod your head and say hi deal. Tomorrow he speaks at the law school, and opens his Center for Poverty Work & Opportunity.
I think I will start posting about my more interesting cases on here. It will help me remember/explain them better I think, and it will give you all a little window into the wacky world of the law.
Though it is too late to go into much detail about example case #1, but just let it be known that a 5 year old can be sued for battery, and in the case I read the kid had a judgment of $10000 levied against him. Poor guy will be having his allowance garnished for a loooonnngggg time...
