Today was towards the beginning of the festival season of nine nights of dancing for India. Needless to say, I haven't been out dancing, because, hey, flu shot! Wore tri-color clothing, ate tri-color foods, went off to the park early and scoped out a good spot for our tri-color chairs, enjoyed the music, ate yummy artery-clogging fair food, wandered around the street fair stalls, and then...it rained. So we came home sans fireworks. Still, the afternoon had been relaxing and enjoyable. So, win!

Nothing says a riot of colors in silks, satins, nylons, and every fabric imaginable and lots of expensive, glittering jewelry like an Indian wedding. A lot of noise, laughter, primarily, joking, teasing, and shouting is heard and lots of fun dancing is seen.
